The terms “we”, “us”, “our” etc. refer to Giant Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at 840, Chirag Delhi, New Delhi - 110017. When you use the Service, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the same, please do not use our Service.
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. All amendments will be posted online. Unless specified otherwise, all amendments will be effective immediately upon posting thereof. Continued use of any part of the Service after any amendment becomes effective will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the amended Policy. Therefore, you should read this Policy from time to time so that you stay informed of any amendments. If we make changes to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and you continue to use our Website thereafter, you will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Privacy Policy.
A. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To view the information available through our Service, you do not have to create an account with us. However, whenever you visit our website, blog or use our mobile application without creating an account / without logging in to your account, we will collect information about your location, your device ID, and your usage of the Service.
However, if you want to use any of the features, functions or capabilities of our Service or carry out any transactions using the Service including create a Shouut, like a Shouut, share a Shouut, follow another user of the Service, or avail of a Reward, you have to create an account with us. You can create an account with us by using your email ID or your existing Facebook or Google+ account.
When you create an account using your email ID, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, gender, date of birth, location, IMEI number of your mobile device, SIM number and any other information that you provide to us which creating your account.
When you sign up using a pre-existing Facebook or Google+ account, we collect your Facebook social id or your Google+ social id as the case may be and your Facebook or Google+ profile picture as the case may be. We also get access to your Facebook friends or Google+ friends as applicable and your name, email address, mobile phone number, gender, date of birth, location, IMEI number and SIM number.
We will seek you permission to use your Internet / wifi / network, to make calls, to use device Bluetooth, to use device NFC, to use device camera, to use device SD card, to push notifications to you on your device via google push notification server. If you do not grant such permission, you will not be able to use the app.
If you invite your friends to the Services, we will collect the name of your friends and type (close_friends, acquaintances, restricted, user_created, education, work, current city, family) of your friends from you and may use this information to process your invitation.
For the Service to work, we need to know your location. Whenever you open and use/interact with the Service on your mobile device or go to one of our websites, we use the location information from your mobile device or browser to provide you with services relevant to your current location.
When you use the Service or if you initiate a transaction through the Service, we may collect information about such use or activity including the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, any information you provide using our Service, businesses you call using our Service, rewards you claim through the Service, the products & services you purchase and the people or brands you follow.
For processing any payments through the Service, we use the services of a third party payment gateway(s). Use of the third party payment gateway(s) will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the concerned third party(s) and your credit card issuer / bank as may be relevant. We are not responsible for any error or inability to transact that may occur during any processing of payments through the third party payment gateway. When you process any payments through the Service, we may obtain certain transaction details, which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We do not however obtain any of your credit card or bank details. In addition to the personal information that we collect as mentioned above, whenever you use the Service, general information such as your computer or mobiles Internet Protocol (IP) address, and the device typeis collected through the use of “cookies”. It may be possible to disable some (but not all) “cookies” through your device or browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Service. The method for disabling “cookies” may vary by device and browser, but can usually be found in preferences or security settings. Such general information collected using “cookies” will be treated as personal information and therefore, will be subject to this Policy, only if we combine it with any of the personally identifying information about you that is accessible to us and such combined information could be used to identify you personally. Our use of such non-personally identifiable information is not restricted by the terms of this Policy and we may use, store and share such information freely with third parties without any restrictions.
The app will also seek permission of the user to use his Internet/ wifi/ network, permission to make calls, permission to use device Bluetooth, permission to use device NFC, permission to use device camera, permission to use device SDcard, permission to push notifications to the user on his device via google push notification server.
B. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We will use the information that we collect for the following amongst other purposes related to the Service:
To provide you with the functionalities of the Service;
To fulfil your requests and process any transaction you initiate using the Service;
To provide customer support,
To track your usage of the Service;
To personalize your experience while using the Service, including by displaying content and information that we believe may be more relevant to you;
To improve the quality, features and functionality of the Service,
To improve the security of the Service;
To provide feedback to Third Party Merchants (as defined below);
To send you communications (for more details, please see below);
To back up our systems and allow for disaster recovery;
As may be necessary to enforce the terms of this Policy or your Terms of Use of the Service or other to protect the rights or property of others;
To comply with obligations under applicable law.
C. HOW WE SHARE THE INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent, except in the limited circumstances described in this Policy.
When you use the Service, certain information like your user name, profile picture and information that you contribute through the Service including Shouuts, likes, people you follow and people who follow you are public and will be displayed to all users of the Service.
Third parties may receive information about you as follows:
Third Party Merchants receive your name, phone number and email ID when you follow their channel in the rewards section.
Third party service providers: We engage third party service providers to perform tasks on our behalf and to provide us with services necessary to operate the Service and need to share your information for this purpose. These service providers do not have any right to use your personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to perform tasks or services they are engaged for. We require that these parties agree to process your information in compliance with this Policy; we use reasonable efforts to limit their use of such information, and we require these parties to use any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
Sale / Merger: We may transfer your information to any person or entity that is merged with, that acquires or purchases all or a substantial portion of our assets and/or business. In case of any such merger, acquisition of sale, you will be notified of the same by prominent notice on our web site or via email.
Law Enforcement: We may have to share your personal information to comply with legal process, instructions and orders from courts of law and / or law enforcement agencies in accordance with law.
D. COMMUNICATIONS
To make the redemption of rewards possible, we have to verify your mobile number. Therefore, to create your account, we will use your mobile number to send you a four digit code by SMS which you will have to enter while registering for the service to validate your mobile phone number. Standard telecom operator charges may apply when you do so. Your account will be created only if we are able to successfully verify your mobile number.
When you sign up for an account or use certain features of the Service, you are opting to receive messages and notifications from us and from other users of the Service, including third party merchants who advertise their businesses or provide Rewards using the Service (“Third Party Merchants”). You can manage your preferences with regard to some of these communication and notifications here. Please note however that you cannot opt out of receiving transactional messages related to the Service. We will share your mobile number or other contact information with Third Party Merchants, and we as well as such Third Party Merchants may use your contact information for the purpose of sending you transactional messages, including in response to transactions you initiate using the Service and to provide you with information with regard to our services or the services of Third Party Merchants that are to be delivered to you.
We may use your mobile number or other contact information for the purpose of informing you about, or soliciting or promoting, any transaction in relation to the Service. If you do not want to receive such unsolicited commercial communications from the Service (including from third party merchants listed on the Service), you can opt-out by removing the application from your device.

Our Site may contain links to external websites. These are provided for your convenience only, and we do not have control over the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third party sites. Any personal information you provide on linked pages is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party’s privacy policy. Please learn about the privacy and security practices and policies of external websites before providing them with any of your information.
F. REVIEW / CHANGES TO YOUR INFORMATION
If you want to review and correct any information of yours on the Service that is inaccurate or deficient, you can do so by going to the settings menu and editing your profile.
You can close your account by deleting the application from your device and not using it for a period of 30 days. When you close your account, your public posts, likes, details and your personal information will be retained and will be deleted from our servers only after a period of 365 days from when your account is closed.
G. SECURITY
We use reasonable security measures in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. However, we cannot guarantee protection of all information in all cases, for example we cannot guarantee protection against interception, misappropriation, misuse, or alteration, or that your information will not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Additionally, we have absolutely no control over the security of other sites you might visit, interact with or do business with.
